State Senator Joe Markley (R-Southington) hosted Pack 32 from Plantsville Elementary School at the State Capitol in February. The cub scouts were given a tour of the State Capitol and the Legislative Office Building by Sen. Markley. Cub Scouts meet in their dens once each week, and a pack meeting is held for all Cub Scouts and their families once a month. This special activity was a great visit for Senator Markley and the students who discussed government and the role of a senator who serves the public.
