A Massachusetts-based developer is withdrawing plans for an outlet center in Cheshire, the New Haven Register reports.

According to the Register, members of the Town Council were told Friday that W/S Development’s plans for the Outlets at Cheshire, which would be located near the intersection of Route 10 and I-691, were being abandoned.
