Proposed 300-Apartment Project Gets Public Hearing In Cheshire

The project, if approved, would be the largest apartment development in Cheshire.

CHESHIRE, CT — The Cheshire Planning and Zoning Commission will host a public hearing on the proposed 300-apartment unit Eastpointe at Stone Bridge Crossing project before its meeting on Oct. 24, according to NewHavenBiz.com.

NewHavenBiz reports the project, which is set on 30 acres in the town’s new special development district near 691, would be the largest apartment development in Cheshire if it gains the approval of town land use boards.

The development would be situated on property adjacent to 1963 Highland Avenue, according to NewHavenBiz.
