Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce Announces Promotion of Key Executive

The Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce announces the promotion of Dee Prior Nesti of Wallingford, CT to executive director of the chamber.

Previously account executive, Dee will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Chamber as they relate to membership services and administration, and will lead the chamber in business development activities, events, and marketing efforts.

Dee brings a wealth of marketing, special events and sales expertise to her new post. She has served in business development, event planning, and sales positions including work for Bear Sterns in the commodity markets on the New York Mercantile Exchange, and serving as a special events coordinator at an exclusive country club. Most recently, Dee was honored with placing first in her category in the ACCE National Sales Contest for 2012/ 2013.

Prior to joining the Quinnipiac Chamber, Dee was co-owner and office manager of a clothing company with clients such as Lands Ends, Coldwater Creek, and J. Jill.

Dee is married to Michael Nesti and has four daughters.
