Silver Alert Cancelled For Missing Cheshire Woman: UPDATE

UPDATE: Kelly Ann Effa has been located safe and sound in the State of Vermont and is currently with the Vermont State Police, police said. Her family is on their way to pick her up, police said.

CHESHIRE, CT — Police have issued a Silver Alert for missing Cheshire woman Kelly Effa, 52, who was reported missing last week, returned and now is reported missing once again.

Effa is described as a white female with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She is 5'5'' and weighs 150 pounds.

She went missing Monday. No photo or clothing description was immediately provided by police.

She was reported to have left her residence Monday on her son’s blue Cannondale bicycle, Cheshire Police said. There is no clothing description for Effa.
