AT&T Vandalized, Items Stolen In Cheshire: Police

Police are investigating similar incidents in Cheshire and Naugatuck in which display cases were destroyed and items were stolen.

NAUGATUCK, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying three men accused of destroying a display case and stealing about $10,000 worth of merchandise from a T-Mobile store in Naugatuck. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 22 at the T-Mobile store on Rubber Avenue, according to police.

Cheshire Police also responded to a similar incident at an AT&T store in their town earlier that day, Naugatuck Police said.

“Working together, it is our hope that the subjects can be identified as it is believed the two incidents may be connected,” Naugatuck Police wrote in a post on Facebook.

Police released surveillance photos (below) from both incidents. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Borys at 203-720-2582 or Det. Sgt. Bailey at 203-720-2586.
