Missing Cheshire Teen, 16, Found; Silver Alert Canceled

UPDATE: The missing teen has been found, and the Silver Alert canceled, police said in an update on Friday night.

(Original post) CHESHIRE, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Savanah “Ozzy” Yokono, 16, who has been missing from Cheshire since Thursday, March 21, according to police.

Yokono is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown eyes and short black hair that is parted down the middle, according to police.

Police said she was seen leaving her home around 6:15 p.m. on March 21. She was wearing blue cargo jeans, a black zip-up hoodie, white basketball sneakers with a gray backpack.

She is also described as having a lip piercing and a septum nose ring, according to police.
