This may be the business event of the year: a chance to talk about your new favorite apps for business; sample food from Greater New Haven’s finest restaurants; meet CEO panelists who are changing the way business is done; and a big opportunity to make new connections.
That’s exactly what The Greater New Haven and Quinnipiac Chambers are hoping The Big Connect business expo will offer business professionals. The one-day event is being held from 8 – 6 p.m. on November 21 at the Toyota Presents the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford.
The Big Connect is one of Connecticut’s premier business-to-business events and offers face-to-face opportunities to meet up with local vendors. It also features a full day of educational seminars aimed at building business. Hot stops on the show floor include The Big Taste, which offers a tasty sampling of Greater New Haven’s finest restaurants, a CEO power panel with Tariq Farid of Edible Arrangements International; Ben Berkowitz of SeeClickFix, and Gregg Richard of P.C. Richard & Son; and a leadership breakfast with entrepreneur Ruma Bose, presented by the Girl Scouts of Connecticut.
