Woman, 52, Missing From Cheshire: UPDATE (Resolved)
The woman left her home on her son's bicycle and was last seen in Hamden, according to police.

UPDATE: In a Saturday morning update, police said Kelly Ann Effa was located during the overnight hours and the Silver Alert has been canceled.
CHESHIRE, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Kelly Ann Effa, 52, who was reported missing from Cheshire on Friday, Sept. 1.
Effa is described as a white female with silver hair and hazel eyes. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a peach-colored short-sleeve T-shirt, jeans and hiking boots.

She was reported to have left her residence sometime prior to 5 p.m. on her son’s blue Cannondale bicycle, according to police.
Police said a passerby, who had remembered past Silver Alerts for Effa, reported seeing her across the street from Aunt Chilada’s restaurant in Hamden at approximately 5:05 p.m. standing next to a blue bicycle.
