URGENT: Finnegan is a beautiful boy who is looking for his forever home. He was locked in a garage for a week with no food and water, dehydrated and starving he was brought back to full health with some TLC but he's been through so much and is good with other cats but must go to a home with no dogs and no young children because he can get a bit feisty/ He is super sweet and needs an experience cat person who'll respect his space when needed but help him trust in humans again.
