16-Year-Old Clinton Teen Still Missing

Clinton Police are actively attempting to attempt Samuel Foley, 16, of Clinton. A Silver Alert which was issued and remains in effect.

According to Clinton Police, Foley likely boarded a train in New Haven on Friday, August 15, and travelled to New York City.

Police believe he may be in the Brooklyn area. Clinton Police are in contact with the MTA Police in New York City and the NYPD in an attempt to try and locate Foley.

WFSB reported Foley has special needs but did not provide specifics. According to NBC Connecticut, the teenager is 5’9” and weighs approximately 165 lbs.

Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Foley is asked to call the Clinton Police at 860-669-0451.
