WESTBROOK, CT — A Westbrook teen was killed in a car crash Tuesday afternoon. State Police Troop F were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the area of 679 Old Clinton Road at 12:21 p.m.A Honda Accord left the road for an unknown reason and struck a tree.Nathaniel Appell, 19, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.The investigation into the crash remains active.
