The Clinton Art Society (CAS) is pleased to present the 77th Annual Summer Juried Exhibition, on view July 1 through July 30, 2026.
“The event is the highlight of our exhibition season as we celebrate creativity and the artistic talents of local and regional artists,” said CAS President Robin Hammeal-Urban. “We are honored to have renowned artist David Dunlop as our juror to select works and choose award recipients,” she added.
Join us for the opening reception on Sunday, July 12 from 3pm to 5pm and be a part of the visual celebration. The public is also invited to our closing reception on Wednesday, July 29 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Both receptions are free and open to the public and include refreshments and inspiring art.
CAS was established in 1949 by a small group of professional artists dedicated to the growth of the arts in the region. “We’ve grown to become a vibrant influence in the arts community with members from across Connecticut and throughout New England,” Hammeal-Urban said. CAS sponsors exhibitions, educational programs and plein air events. Artists work in all fine-art media including painting and sculpture, and new members are welcome.
The exhibit will be on view in the Andrews Memorial Town Hall at 54 E. Main Street in Clinton, CT from July 1 through July 30. The show is open for viewing during regular town hall hours Monday through Friday. For more information, contact CAS at casclinton@gmail.com or visit clintonartsocietyct.org.
