CLINTON, CT — Clinton added 14 new, Connecticut-formed businesses to the state rolls in June, according to the Connecticut Business Registry, maintained by the Secretary of the State's Business Services Division. All 14 organized as limited liability companies, and five of them registered addresses along the town's Main Street corridor.
Two toy and game retailers registered blocks apart on Main Street in June: The Toy Hunter, at 16 West Main St, and L.R. Linder Enterprises, at 7 E Main St. Nearby, HerbalNabevUSA, a soft drink manufacturer, and Shoreline Auto Details, a car wash, also filed under Main Street suite addresses, and Kesh Company, a management consulting firm, registered at 163 E Main Street. Away from downtown, JMR Apothecary opened as a general merchandise retailer on Airline Road, Turning The Paige Counseling registered as a mental health practice on Shore Road, and Skylink ADAS filed as a specialized automotive repair shop on Carter Hill Road. Three of the month's LLCs, 17 High Street Clinton LLC, 62 River Street LLC and 289 OT LLC, organized as residential rental holding companies.
State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
