CLINTON, CT — Fourteen new businesses registered with the state in Clinton in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was Peekin LLC, which registered under the motion picture and video production category at 7 Laurel Ridge Trail on July 9.

Services and instruction rounded out much of the list, including East Coast Swim Lessons LLC, registered under sports and recreation instruction, and ThunderBolt Digital LLC, registered as an advertising agency. Sound Movement Physical Therapy LLC brought a new physical therapy practice to Brush Hill Road, while several real estate and contracting filings made up the rest of the month.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
