CLINTON, CT — Clinton logged 14 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Residential landlords led the way with four filings, followed by nail salons and full-service restaurants.
Giordano & Mastroianni Holdings was one of the more distinctive filings — a full-service restaurant — joined by Magic Made Manageable, a travel business and Poppy Fire Ceramics, a gift shop. All but one organized as a limited liability company; the exception was a corporation.
