snowed in

dear patch..here it is tuesday and the roads in evergreen park off 81 are so horrible people continue getting stuck.residents recieved an increase in lot rent paying almost 550 a month.so why is it park owner cant open roads to allow residents safe passage in and out?they have not even opened th back entrance.i feel a long hard look needs to be taken on these park owners..many residents are very angry and disapointed
