Being a designer doesn't help much when it comes to staging my own home for resale. I have the same hard decisions to make: what to keep, what to throw away, what to store. Will they like my green dining room or will they hate it! Consensus is they'll hate it, so what color will they love? That pretty bird paper in the powder room with age marks? ..gone to grey walls. Ditch the 50's medicine cabinet, replace with a cheapo Homeworks mirror. You've got to spend a little to get your price in this market. However, I'm not kennelling the dogs...they stay! Stay tuned.
