In this post I would like to compare the market statistics of sold homes in Clinton in 2010 and 2011 from the same period of time.
From January 1 to June 7 in 2010 and 2011 respectively.
The first obvious difference is the number of sold homes.

There were 47 houses sold in 2010 and only 37 this year so far.
Another noticeable difference is the price range, you can definitely see there is less demand for more expensive homes. I has highlighted some of the numbers.

On a lighter note I would like to say that the houses are still selling and there are 27 sales pending right now in Clinton, meaning 27 houses are under the contract.
And as I wrote in some earlier posts if your home is in a “move-in” condition and has been updated recently you have a very good chance of selling it. I will write more about the features that the buyers want in my next post.
