Stressed? Worn out? Mentally tired? The Henry Carter Hull Library has put together a special series of programs just for you! What better way to celebrate spring than with a wellness program to inspire health, better nutrition and overall well-being. Register for a free Yoga class, stop by to learn some meditation techniques and discover new ways to improve your health!
The Henry Carter Hull Library "Ways to Wellness" series begins this Wednesday, March 14 at 6:30pm with a mediation program featuring John Carbone, MD. John is a board certified Family Physician with an expertise in meditation. In addition to Dr. Carbone, the Library will be offering a swing dance class, yoga sessions, a harmonic healing program and an inspiring talk by Holistic Health Counselor, Chef and Yoga teacher Emrys Tetu.
We’ll wrap up the series with the Clinton Patch’s own "Foodie in Florence," Julia Mathison, on Monday May 7th at 6:30pm. Julia will talk about gearing up for a summer of local eating, growing, and community support. She will also have a sampling of shoreline foods.
