Christmas In Clinton Coming Up
The annual event is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
CLINTON, CT — The Clinton Chamber of Commerce will hold its 24th Annual Christmas in Clinton celebration on Sunday, December 1, starting at 1:00 pm. From Post Office Square to the Old Brick, East Main Street will be decked out in an old-fashioned community celebration. There will be something for everyone along the way: Activities, Contests, Exhibits, Music, Arts & Crafts and Food. The celebration will culminate at Andrews Memorial Town Hall with the arrival of Santa Claus and the town Tree Lighting at 5:00pm!
Stroll among the luminaries along East Main Street and visit local businesses, civic & community tables, Santa’s Workshop or one of the historical houses that will be open and decked out for the season. Participate in the Soup’s On Contest and the Elf on a Shelf Scavenger Hunt. Music will fill the air and there will be activities everywhere for children of all ages. And of course, Shopping: be sure to check out the wreaths & trees in the town hall lobby and the Christmas Bazaar downstairs. Here’s an opportunity to pick up just the right gift for someone special.
Contact the Chamber of Commerce at 860-669-3889 for more information.
