Clinton Arrest Log (Jan. 25 Through Jan. 31, 2018)

The following information has been provided by the Clinton Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ryan Joseph Dumas, 24, of Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton, was arrested Jan. 25 on charges of possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use of drug paraphernalia and tampering – physical evidence.

Mark A. Hitzfeld, 58, of Liberty St., Clinton, was arrested Jan. 26 on charges of second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Jill E. Jones, 46, of Captains Walk, Clinton, was arrested Jan. 26 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Shawn M. Hathaway, 28, of Dennison Rd., Westbrook, was arrested Jan. 27 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Christian Doran-Koons, 21, of Walnut Hill Rd., Clinton, was arrested Jan. 29 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Zachary Whitehead, 28, of Cedar Drive, Killingworth, was arrested Jan. 30 on three counts of possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and one count each of operation of a drug factory, use of drug paraphernalia, possession with the intent to sell and operating under suspension.

Stephanie Cuomo, 42, of East Main St., Clinton, was arrested Jan. 31 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in proper lane.
