Clinton Comes Together for Resident Living With ALS
An online fundraising page and pasta dinner are just two of the ways you can help.

A pasta dinner to benefit Jim Schull will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at Clinton Town Hall in the Green Room, 53 East Main St.
Schull is living with ALS. The menu will feature pasta, salad, rolls, coffee and dessert. Cost to attend is $10 per adult and $5 per child 10 years and younger.
A GoFundMe fundraising project was created for Schull. Visit the page for information on how Schull is doing and how to donate.

As of Sept. 30, $2,910 was raised, out of a $10,000 goal. Wife Jackie shared the following update on Jim:
“As of today, September 21st, Jim is permanently in his power chair. He has very little use of his hands and no longer can walk. He will be going into the hospital this week to have a feeding tube placed for use in the near future. I can no longer get him into the car so we have to depend on local transportation with handicap accessibility to attend Dr appointments. At this point he is homebound.

Thanks to my son, Christopher Simoni and our friend Sandy Voss, they will be hosting a benefit Dinner Friday, Oct 3rd in the Greenroom of the Clinton Town Hall to help us raise money for necessary home renovations. We need to better accommodate Jim’s daily needs at home as he progresses with his ALS.
Thank you to everyone and their continued support.”
