Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets to Participate in Susan G. Komen 2017 More Than Pink Movement
Funds raised will go towards goal of reducing breast cancer deaths.

From Simon Malls: Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets continues its engagement as one of five national sponsors of Susan G. Komen®, encouraging employees, retailers and shoppers to participate in activities and contribute to the achievement of Komen’s bold goal of reducing current U.S. breast cancer deaths by 50 percent by 2026.

Komen over the last two years by participating in all of our fundraising activities,” said Kathleen Mones, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets. “We look forward to another successful campaign this year and are focused on fighting a disease that affects so many in our community.”

Visitors to Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets will notice the pink theme carried out at the Guest Services booths and staff will be honoring National Breast Cancer Awareness Month by donning pink accessories. Other planned activities include:
Discount Card Program: $10 Discount Cards will be sold at participating centers providing 25% off one item at participating retailers including Gap Factory, Michael Kors, Lindt Chocolate, kate spade new york and Under Armour. All proceeds from the sale of Discount Cards go to Susan G. Komen.

Gift Cards: Simon is offering a Susan G. Komen Visa® Simon Giftcard. For every Gift Card purchased, Simon will donate $1 towards Susan G. Komen.**
The Pink Lap: In support of Susan G. Komen’s mission to end breast cancer, guests were invited to wear pink and join Simon employees, retailers, mall walkers, and Susan G. Komen volunteers for a lap around the center on Friday, September 29 at 9:30 a.m. beginning in Center Court.
Pink Yoga: Body Karma Studio of Clinton, CT will be hosting a special yoga instruction on Monday, October 16. Join Simon employees, retailers, yoga enthusiasts and Body Karma Studio members beginning in Center Court at 10:00 a.m.
Positive Painting: Painting project lead by Artist Cindy Stevens of Cindy Stevens Fine Art in Clinton, CT, will be held on Saturday, October 22 at 11am – 12:30pm. Guests are invited to reserve a pallet to paint for the cause, a participation cost is $25, and a donation of $10 per person will go to Susan G. Komen. Adults and children are welcome. Amy’s Active Learning of Clinton, CT will also be providing Halloween activities for young children. For more details, contact the Mall Office.
More Than Pink Hero Wall: An opportunity for survivors and their families to visually articulate their strength during their fight against breast cancer. Shoppers may purchase a sticker for a $1 donation and post the sticker on the More Than Pink Hero Wall. All proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen.
