Clinton Police Blotter: April 12 Through April 30, 2018

Recent arrests by the Clinton Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Clinton Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Martin R. Boo, 58, of Shore Road, Clinton, was arrested April 12 on three counts of violation of probation.

Joseph Rosenkrantz, 38, of Glenwood Road, Clinton, was arrested April 12 on a charge of third-degree arson.

Max Cordero, 28, of Lochbourne Drive, Clinton, was arrested April 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility, failure to obey stop sign, interfering with officer/resisting and operating without insurance.

Bruce C. MacArthur, 49, of Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton, was arrested April 17 on charges of risk of injury to a child and second-degree unlawful restraint.

John Bell, 65, of Brickyard Road, Clinton, was arrested April 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to obey stop sign.

Steven P. Russell, 26, of Baxter Drive, Clinton, was arrested April 19 on charges of second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Graciela Rivera-Alvarez, 31, of Glendale Avenue, Hartford, was arrested April 22 on two counts of leaving a child under 12 unsupervised.

Jonathan Taylor Ranno, 22, of East Main Street, Clinton, was arrested April 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Deborah J. Green, 56, of James Vincent Drive, Clinton, was arrested April 25 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

Christina M. Benedetti, 50, of Stanton Road, Clinton, was arrested April 30 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer/resisting.
