Clinton Police Blotter: March 31 Through April 4, 2018

Recent arrests by the Clinton Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Clinton Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Timothy A. Johnson, 21, of Buena Vista Road, Branford, was arrested March 31 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive right.

Kritina Rosa Santiago, 31, of Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, was arrested March 31 on charges of risk of injury to a child, sixth-degree larceny and possession less than ½ ounce of cannabis.

Ryan Ziemba, 37, of Shore Road, Clinton, was arrested April 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis.

Ryan Stanton Harris, 37, of East Main Street, Clinton, was arrested April 2 on two counts of second-degree strangulation and one count each of first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use of drug paraphernalia.

Maurice Byrd, 29, of Brownell Street, New Haven, was arrested April 4 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell and conspiracy.

Shonta Lamont McPherson, 38, of Read Street, New Haven, was arrested April 4 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy, use of drug paraphernalia, possession with the intent to sell and possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis.

Reginald F. Williams, 48, of Quinnipiac Avenue, Clinton, was arrested April 4 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy, possession with the intent to sell, possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis and use of drug paraphernalia.
