Clinton Police Blotter: March 9 Through March 15, 2018
Recent arrests by the Clinton Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

The following information has been provided by the Clinton Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Casey D. McAdams, 36, of Hickory Road, Derby, was arrested March 9 on charges of third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.
Richard Macri, 59, of Notch Hill Road, North Branford, was arrested March 10 on charges of possession with the intent to sell and possession of controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis.

Cristian Roloando-Rudas Aranza, 23, of Staten Island, N.Y., was arrested March 12 on charges of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and use of drug paraphernalia.
Brian C. Kehoe, 36, of Founders Road, Clinton, was arrested March 12 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Scott R. Skurja, 25, of Washington Avenue, West Haven, was arrested March 12 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.
Francisco Garcia-Javier Ugarte, 32, of Middle Village, N.Y., was arrested March 12 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and conspiracy.
Samantha Vargas, 24, of Queens, N.Y., was arrested March 12 on a charge of interfering with officer/resisting.
Ben W. Zhu, 33, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested March 14 on 10 counts of issuing a bad check $500-$1,000, five counts of furnish less than $500-credit card fraud, five counts of illegal reproduction of credit card, five counts of third-degree forgery, four counts of third-degree identity theft, two counts of third-degree larceny, two counts of fourth-degree larceny and one count each of sixth-degree larceny, issuing a bad check $250-$500 and first-degree identity theft.
Michael J. Hackbarth, 48, of Allen Road, Clinton, was arrested March 15 on a charge of violation of probation.
