The program aids in financing green energy upgrades to non-residential buildings in Clinton.
July 8, 2020
In 2013, the town of Clinton agreed to partner with Connecticut Green Bank’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (C-PACE). The program aids in financing green energy upgrades to all types of commercial properties; including, industrial, office, retail, and any other non-residential building. Financing is paid through your tax bill and the cost of the improvements is transferred with property ownership.
