Employees Stole $5.2K From McDonald’s: Clinton Police
Two women, both employees, are accused of stealing about $5,200 worth of cash deposits from McDonald's, according to police.
CLINTON, CT — Two employees, a West Haven woman and an East Haven woman, are accused of stealing about $5,200 worth of cash deposits from the McDonald’s in Clinton, according to police.
On March 22, Clinton Police initiated an investigation into the theft of two cash deposits that were reportedly stolen from McDonald’s on Feb. 23 and March 21 and totaled approximately $5,200.
Police said the investigation led to the identification of two suspects — Jacquline Lacroix, 28, of West Haven, and Jenna Meyerholz, 25, of East Haven — both of whom were employees at McDonald’s and were both working at the time of the thefts.

Investigators recovered approximately $2,200 from Lacroix and Meyerholz on March 22, according to police.
Lacroix and Meyerholz were both arrested on April 3.

Meyerholz was charged with two counts of third-degree larceny: embezzlement and two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. Meyerholz is scheduled to appear at Middletown Superior Court on April 11.

Lacroix was charged with two counts of third-degree larceny: receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 13.
