Gentle Yoga

GENTLE YOGA: A slower paced practice for students of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Most of the class is a gentle, breath-centered vinyasa flow, taught in a non-heated room. Restorative yoga postures are also included, which provide a deep relaxation in a pose that is held longer with the use of props for support. Emphasis is on alignment, breath, and adapting to the needs of each individual.
