
An educational, entertaining presentation by FTC prevention specialist Marc Fomby, is set for Tuesday Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Church of the Holy Advent, 81 E. Main St. Clinton.
The program will detail specific song lyrics in all types of popular music in an effort to help [parents understand the unhealthy messages conveyed to young people. Attendees will learn ways to intentionally discuss these messages with their kids.
This event is sponsored by the First Selectmen’s Task Force on Substance Abuse. Funding is provided by a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
