Give Warmth With Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets

Coat Drive, Giving Tree and gift wrapping for a cause provide help to local children, adults and families in need

To help celebrate “The Joy of Giving” in 2016, Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets aims to give back to local families, children and individuals in need with several charitable programs taking place throughout the holiday season and into the New Year.

“The holiday season reminds us of things we are thankful for and sometimes take for granted,” commented Kathleen Mones, director of marketing and business development at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets. “We are proud to work with local community organizations to support these great causes and encourage our shoppers to participate by lending a hand any way that they can.”

Guests of Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets can provide warmth to local families in need during Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets’ Coat Drive going on now through Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Donations of jackets, hats, mittens, gloves, scarves and other warm clothing items of all sizes will be graciously accepted at Simon Guest Services or the Mall Management Office and will benefit the Dignity Memorial-Swan Funeral Home’s Annual Coat Drive for Families Helping Families of Clinton, CT.

Shoppers can also take great delight in “The Joy of Giving” by picking a leaf from Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets’ Giving Tree, now through Sunday, December 11. Each leaf contains the holiday wish of a child in need. Participants should bring the unwrapped gift and its tag to Simon Guest Services by December 12 and make someone feel especially loved during the holidays. All gifts collected will be distributed by Clinton and Westbrook Youth and Family Services.

In addition, visitors to Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets can enjoy the benefits of hassle-free gift wrapping and support a great cause on Saturday, December 10 and 17 outside Abercrombie & Fitch. Donations benefit the Henry Carter Hull Library Young Adult Services. In the event of inclement weather, gift wrapping will be relocated to a table next to Simon Guest Services.
