Intercollegiate A Cappella Concert at Andrews Memorial Town Hall

The Church of the Holy Advent in Clinton is happy to sponsor its second annual YALE-UCONN a cappella sing off! It will be held at the Andrews Memorial Town Hall auditorium on Main Street in Clinton, on Sunday afternoon, November 9 at 4pm. This year we will feature the ‘ConnMen’ of the University of Connecticut, the ‘Duke’s Men’ of Yale, and two women’s groups, ‘The New Blue’, and ‘Whim’nRhythm’ from Yale! The music is fantastic and the singers are thoroughly engaging!

Tickets are 20.00 for adults, 10.00 for students, and can be reserved by calling the Holy Advent Parish Office at 860-669-2232 or by email at holyadvent@sbcglobal.net. Please leave your name and the number of tickets you would like to reserve. You may pick the tickets up at the Town Hall up to one hour before the concert. Tickets may also be purchased at Shore TV and Appliance at 11 East Main Street in Clinton. Proceeds will go toward completion of the handicap access to the Parish Hall, which is used by various church and community groups including the Shoreline Food Pantry, Alcoholics Anonymous, and the United Girls’ Choir.
