Over the past two weeks we have received numerous letters, gifts of food and flowers as well as so many people just voicing their support for law enforcement and the men and women of the Clinton Police Department.   From the homemade cards and gift baskets made by little children to the letter of support with over 65 signatures of Clinton residents, we are touched and grateful for all of it.  These are difficult days to be in law enforcement but be certain of this: We will never stop providing the safety, service and protection that we have all sworn to give each and every day.  On behalf of all of us at the Clinton Police Department, I thank everyone for their continued kindness and support.
