OLD SAYBROOK, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Alton Howard, 75, who has been missing from Old Saybrook since Sept. 3. Howard is described as a bald white male with hazel eyes. He is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and blue shorts.
