Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting 63-Year-Old, 19-Year-Old Women: Clinton Police
The man was arrested on a warrant in connection to two separate sexual assault cases, police said.

CLINTON, CT — A Clinton man is accused of sexually assaulting two women — a 63-year-old and a 19-year-old — in separate cases last year, according to police.
Adam Phillips (AKA Adam Vuitton), 24, of West Main Street in Clinton, turned himself in to on Friday morning after learning of active warrants for his arrest.
The arrest stems from cases involving two separate victims.

The first case, which was reported in July 2016, involved the sexual assault of a victim described by police as a 63-year-old “invalid female.”
Phillips is also accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman in a case that was reported in October 2016, according to police.

After investigating the allegations, Clinton Police secured the two arrest warrants and Phillips was contacted and turned himself in, police said.
Phillips was charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, reckless endangerment and delivery of alcohol to a minor.
Phillips was released on bonds totaling $225,000 and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior court on April 11.
