Nearly 700 Without Power In Clinton

CLINTON, CT — There are nearly 700 power outages in Clinton as of 10:50 a.m. Monday, according to Eversource. That is around 10 percent of the utility's customer base in town.

Outages at one point were above 1,000.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the area until 6 p.m. Gusts of up to 50 mph are expected.
