Nursing Home Employees Had Sex While Patient Was Present: Report

CLINTON, CT — A woman is claiming that employees of a nursing facility had sex while her 81-year-old father was in the room, WTNH reported. Her father was at The Shoreline in Clinton for hospice care and has since passed away.

She told WTNH that he "wasn't able to leave that room" and "had no way of calling anyone else for help."

A spokesperson for The Shoreline said the alleged incident has been reported to the authorities. Police and the state Department of Public Health are investigating.
