Clinton: Chester M. Stephens, Jr., age 90, formerly of Ninety Rod Road in Clinton, died Aug. 21 surrounded by loved ones in Louisville, KY. He had an incredible spirit and a desire to live to be 100. Despite living with chronic illness, he celebrated his 90th birthday on July 25.
