Obituary: Christopher Cavallaro, 52, of Clinton

He enjoyed time at the summer lake house jet skiing and boating. Chris also enjoyed riding motorcycles with his wife.

Wednesday, November 15, 2017, Christopher Cavallaro of Clinton formerly of Madison passed away at CT Hospice, Branford. Beloved husband of Pamela J (Wallace) Cavallaro. Christopher was born in New Haven on July 9, 1965, son of Anthony Cavallaro of Westbrook and the late Frances Rovnak Cavallaro. Brother of Toni DeMaio and her husband Vito of Toms River, NJ; Jason Cavallaro of East Haven and Paul Cavallaro and his wife Jennifer of Guilford. Also survived by his niece and nephew Victoria and Carmine DeMaio, along with his loving extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Christopher graduated from Daniel Hand High School, The Connecticut School of Electronics, received Specialized Associates Degree from Full Sail Center for Recording Arts where he was Valedictorian, and Trod Nossel Recording Studios.

Most recently he had been working for Whelen Engineering in Chester. Also worked at Masterfonics, Nashville, TN as a Country Music Recording Engineer for artists such as Reba McIntire, Clint Black, Vince Gill, Dolly Parton, and Charlie Daniels along with other Engineers on other various albums. He enjoyed time at the summer lake house jet skiing and boating.

Chris also enjoyed riding motorcycles with his wife. Avid sports car enthusiast with the likes of Ferrari and Porsche but ultimately loved his Subaru STI. Lobster rolls & prime rib were a favorite of his. Classic Rock music fan of Steely Dan, Eagles, Rush and also Country music of George Strait, Clint Black, and Vince Gill.Friends are invited to calling hours on Monday, November 20, from 4 – 7:30 pm at the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St, Guilford. Followed immediately with Services at 7:30 pm at Guilford Funeral Home.
