Obituary: Terri Lynn Onofrio, 60, of Old Saybrook
Terri, a Morgan grad, grew up in Madison and Clinton and later owned and operated her business, Artistic Scissors, in Old Saybrook.

Terri Lynn Onofrio, 60, of Old Saybrook, went home to be with the Lord after a long fought illness at Yale's Smilow Cancer Hospital on December 24, 2017. During this time, she inspired those around her with her love of life and a never-give-up attitude while enduring a long battle with breast cancer.
Terri was born on March 4, 1957 to Shirley (Vincent) Onofrio and the late Eugene O. Onofrio. She is survived by her son Ryan S. Onofrio-Sansone. She was preceded in death by her brother Gene "Scott" Onofrio and step-brother Richard Haff. Terri is survived by her brother Brian V. (Jacqueline) Onofrio, sister Gena (Onofrio) Trant, brother Dominic Onofrio, step sister Sherri (Bill) Benson, Tim Haff and Zack (Liz) Haff, as well as loved nieces, nephews and grand-niece.

Terri was a 1976 graduate of Morgan H.S., Clinton, CT. She grew up in Madison and Clinton and later moved to Old Saybrook where she owned and operated her business, Artistic Scissors.
Terri enjoyed the love of family and the friendship of many. She touched the lives of everyone she met with her beautiful smile, caring ways and enthusiasm for life. She will be dearly missed and loved forever.
