OLD SAYBROOK, CT — An Old Saybrook bar's liquor license has been suspended, according to the state Department of Consumer Protection.The Monkey Farm Cafe at 571 Boston Post Road will have its license suspended from Dec. 2 to 4.The cafe was cited for sale or delivery to an intoxicated individual.Monkey Farm Cafe was also fined $4,000, according to the state.
