Old Saybrook Nurse’s License Revoked: Report
The nurse is among eight recently disciplined by the state Board of Examiners for Nursing.

OLD SAYBROOK, CT — An Old Saybrook nurse was one of eight nurses in the state to be disciplined by the state Board of Examiners for Nursing last week, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team.
Kate Farrish of the I-Team reports the board revoked the registered nurse license of Lisa Fabrizio, who worked at Lighthouse Home Healthcare in Old Saybrook, after it found that she took jewelry from patients and computers from work and traded them for heroin.
The board found her heroin abuse was affecting her practice as a nurse, and she faces similar charges from Stratford police filed in June, according to Farrish.
