Old Saybrook Stop & Shop Completes Remodel

OLD SAYBROOK, CT — Stop & Shop has unveiled a newly remodeled store in Old Saybrook, located at 105 Elm St. The updates are centered around delivering "fresh, healthy, and convenient options that make grocery shopping easier for local customers," according to a statement from Stop & Shop.

The new features at the Old Saybrook store include an enhanced produce, meat and seafood department to offer more options for customers. Other additions include more grab-and-go meals, fresh sushi, flatbread pizza, and deli options.

“We’re excited to kick off the New Year with the grand reopening of the Old Saybrook store, which features an optimal and updated shopping experience,” Melissa Machado-Youngberg, store manager of the Old Saybrook Stop & Shop, said in a statement. “We hope our customers enjoy the features of the enhanced departments, especially as they settle back into a routine post-holidays.”
