Oscar-Nominated Short Film Screenings In Clinton

CLINTON, CT — (Contributed article): The Henry Carter Hull Library is hosting screenings of this year’s newly released Oscar-Nominated Short Films as a free event generously sponsored by Mike Cuoco of Clinton Insurance Center. Visit the library at 10 Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton for this popular two-part series on Saturday, Feb. 16 and Saturday, Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m. to see the best of the best in the Documentary, Live Action, and Animation Short Film categories and enjoy popcorn provided by Chips’ Pub III. The first 25 guests at each event will receive the Hollywood treatment with complimentary swag bags provided by Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets containing glamorous goodies donated by local businesses.

Join us on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 12:30 p.m. for the 2019 Oscar-Nominated Documentary Short Films and on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m. for the 2019 Oscar-Nominated Live Action & Animated Short Films. Film titles, lengths, and descriptions will be posted to www.hchlibrary.org as they become available.

There is no registration for this free event. Doors open at 12:15 pm - Arrive early for the best seating and a chance to receive one of 25 complimentary Swag Bags.
