Parking Ban Announced In Clinton

CLINTON, CT —Due to the impending winter storm in the forecast, a parking ban has been announced in Clinton. Police say the parking ban will be in place beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday until the roadways have been cleared and are safe for travel.

“Please do not park on any town-owned roadways,” police said in a post on Facebook. “Keeping the streets clear of parked vehicles will allow our DPW crews to clear the snow more effectively and efficiently, allowing a faster return to safe roadway conditions. Thank you for your cooperation.”
