Gordon Coogan, 57, of 18 Christopher Lane and Darlene Coogan, 57, of the same address in Clinton, were arrested in a domestic-family dispute incident. Gordon was charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct. Darlene was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening.
