Road Closure Delayed In Clinton, Officials Announce

CLINTON, CT — The planned closure of Beach Park Road Bridge for tide gate repair work, originally scheduled for July 7, has been delayed due to “circumstances beyond our control,” officials said in an update Monday.

“We expect to announce a new closure date within the next 2 to 3 weeks, and we’ll share that information with the public as soon as it’s confirmed,” officials said in a statement. “Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to complete these important infrastructure improvements.”
