Shoplifting Suspects Sought In Clinton: Police

CLINTON, CT — Clinton Police are asking for the public’s assistance with identifying two suspects in connection to a shoplifting incident. On April 26, police responded to a shoplifting at Sunglass Hut in Clinton. The suspects had already fled the scene by the time police arrived.

The male suspect is described as having short black hair, wearing a light shirt, black vest, and jeans. The female suspect is described as having short black hair, wearing a striped shirt, black pants and flip flops and carrying a bag.

The suspects may have fled in a newer model Chevrolet pick-up truck and left the area, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Caruso mcaruso@clintonct.org.
