Okay all you many and proud Clinton Kayakers out there…we see you paddling up and down the Rivers and Coastline.Well, The Heritage Days Kayak Race on Saturday August 31 could use some more of you as entrants. Beginners thru Experts can test their skill (and best friends and neighbors) along our own beautiful waterfront. Organized by Rob Chase of Indian River Marine, and sponsored by People’s United Bank, the racers will begin their course at 9 am at the Town Beach, race through the Indian River before turning back to the Town Beach. Kayaks will be available for use, and personal kayaks are welcome.
This is going to be a great event to kick off a great weekend.
This event is FREE.
• Pre-registered participants should arrive by 8:30am.
• Day of registrants should arrive at 8:00am.
• Cash Prize Awards to top 3
